Launch Pad is a part of the Town of Hanover’s Innovative People Program (HIPP). It is an Apprenticeship program who's goal is for Hanover to become the Apprenticeship Capital of Canada. Launch Pad wanted a refreshed identity on the website and marketing collaterals that more closely aligns itself with today’s youth. Building off Hanover’s momentum of the HIPP program they wanted to show the community that it is forward thinking and relevant. This brand has a fun and cheery feeling by using a youthful colour palette that appeals directly to youth and allows people to see themselves in it with the call out of “U”.
